Our Town Villa all year round reservation rates are personalised depending on time of year, how many guests, availability and how long a stay, our typical rates are:

Off Peak

• U.S from $125.00 per night ($950.00 per week)
• UK £95.00 per night (£595.00 per week)

Peak

• U.S from $195.00 per night ($1250.00 per week)
• UK £125.00 per night (£750.00 per week)

Xmas/New Year and other peak holiday dates please enquire. All rates plus 13% local and tourist tax.

Price Includes:

• A fully cleaned villa including towels (not pool towels which maybe provided at the main pools) and linen.
• Free local telephone calls
• Free internet and Wi-Fi facility
• Free Internet & Wi Fi Facility
• Property Management: 24HR call system
• Concierge call or phone call within 24hrs of arrival

Excluded

• Extra housekeeping, linen and towels

Minimum Stay: 4 nights is plus a deperature charge of $125.00. Reunion is a cashless society! All resort expenditure is paid at the time of purchase by credit card.

Depositis: 25% with signed booking form, your reservation is confirmed when we bank your check/cheque. Balances are paid 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

Payment: By check/cheque, credit card or bank transfer (nb: small charges for c/card & bank transfers)

Access & Arrival Information: After receipt of your final balance we forward our information package which includes directions and maps and access information.

Arrivals: 4.00pm Departures: by 11.00am
