Our Town Villa Condo all year round reservation rates are personalised depending on time of year, how many guests and how long a stay, our typical rates are:

  • Off Peak: from $1050  (£650 GBP) per week - $150 (£95 GBP) per night
  • Peak: from $1200 (£750 GBP) per week - $172  (£110 GBP) per night
  • All rates plus 13% local & tourist tax
  • £ sterling(GBP) quotes are based on $1.56 to the £

  • A fully cleaned condo including towels (not pool towels which are provided) & linen
  • Free local telephone calls
  • Free internet facility
  • Property manager 24hr call system
  • Use of owners social club membership including Seven Eagles pool complex, club house, hotel & restaurants, including top 11th floor pool and dining.

  • Access to Reunions Resort Club’s Facilities: The facilities advertised are restricted to registered house guests of member/owners of the Reunion Resort & Club. Conditions apply to who may qualify as a house guest and who may have access to these facilities. Occupancy of our property is not contingent upon qualifying for Reunion Resort Club house guest status. However access to certain Reunion facilities is. We will do our utmost to ensure that our guests have access to all Reunion facilities but we cannot guarantee this. Please note the water park is a member only facility as such accessibility is restricted.
