- 8 weeks prior to your departure date we will send you:
- Our property accommodation information letter including details of our coded access!
- Directions & maps!
- Local Florida maps of attractions and shopping malls!
- A selection of Florida attraction brochures (UK only)
- We restrict our property in numbers thus reducing wear & tear and ensuring the accommodation is in good condition and comfortable!
- We have a very professional local management company who are always available to help you!
- We send out when available last minute accommodation special deals!
- We have available on request a very honest 6 page “questions & answers” which we believe answers most of the questions you would ask or wish you had asked!
- Once you have been a guest you become one of our VIP’s On introduction of friends or family, if they make a minimum of a 7 night booking we will deduct off your next booking at either our Florida or Spanish properties $100.00.
- Through our local agents we provide a “concierge service” they will call or phone you within 24hrs of your arrival to ensure all is well!
- We provide complimentary VIP passes (subject to availability) to access Reunion Resorts water park & golf. The majority of the resorts facilities are available to all our guests as part of your booking! (click on our websites “reunion tab”)
- For golfers we offer a website on which you can find golf packages from $35.00 compared with some golf clubs who charge $125.00!
